WE DO THE TIMELINE WORK SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO!
So that our wedding team is thoroughly informed on all your wishes, I will send you a timeline questionnaire at least 8 weeks out from wedding day. Because portraits are such an intricate part of your day, our timeline basically plans the whole day for your entire squad! So if you need help with a perfect ceremony time for those invites, we've got you covered!

Telling the full story of your wedding day is my top priority, so I bring my top notch wedding squad with me! What makes PYP different from other wedding teams is that along with second shooters and assistants, you will have at least TWO primary, talented, photographers: one for you (meee) and one for your groom! This day will feel like a blur to you, so we want you to enjoy every minute, instead of feeling rushed fitting in photos with one primary photographer all day long. As a former bride, trust me when I say, without the right team, your wedding day will very easily turn into one, very long, meticulous, photo session.
We will guide you throughout the entire day, according to our timeline, to capture the traditional shots, the moments in between, and your unique touches and wishes! We also offer a collection with day-of coordination services to make your day even more seamless!

WEDDING DAY!!

After your wedding day is over, I get to work on editing during my next office day! Your day was packed with hours and hours...and hours of beautiful moments, so it can take me at least 90 days to deliver your gallery full of HUNDREDS & HUNDREDS of images! However...I do try to post a mini highlight post within the first week of your wedding! To be honest, I'll probably even text you a portrait or two immediately after I get started! I know the excitement has you on the edge of your seat!
You will receive an online gallery full of wedding memories in the same fashion you received your engagement gallery! Your gallery has a beautiful slideshow feature, so I encourage PYP Couples to snuggle up together with a cozy blanket to re-live your wedding day together! And DO NOT FORGET the tissues because those memories man! They'll get ya!

The PYP Wedding Squad consists of TWO primary photographers: Paula (mee!) & Jennifer—sisters-in-law blossomed into best friends for nearly 20 years—and Kenzie, our little GenZ bestie! As Kenzie has her own thriving business, she joins us as often as she can as our talented "second shooter" & assistant! But she's always in the PYP group chat! I mean, someone has to keep us in touch with all the relevant trends!
PYP strives for a relaxed environment by providing each of you with your OWN talented primary photographer! Leaving you with more time to enjoy your wedding day, rather than trying to scurry all day long with one photographer! We diligently prepare before our arrival so that we can efficiently guide you throughout your day, ensuring your day is as seamless as it is beautiful!
Wedding photography teams generally consist of a primary photographer, who's assisted by an additional photographer—aka the "second shooter." The second shooter covers "B-Roll" portions of a wedding day, as the primary focuses on all the main aspects and everyone's portraits.
PYP operated for many years in this same fashion. We realized that it still put a lot of pressure on our couples; leaving them feeling "rushed" to get all their photos in with one photographer, and little room for them to enjoy such already fleeting moments. Sure, we checked off our photo list this way, but it's important to us that YOU also enjoy your day while taking them.
