Choosing the right photographer to capture your wedding day is one of the most important decisions of your wedding planning! During your wedding, you and I will spend more time together than you and your new husband do! Which is why I love creating a friendship and experience with each and every one of my brides! Step 1- get in touch
You have spent years dreaming, and possibly months of already planning every detail to make this day perfect! Along with determining date availability, the first step is to get to know you online to see if our styles vibe together! If you are interested in becoming a PYP Bride, this is where you will begin! Step 2- BOOKING PROPOSAL & Bridal consult
Your wedding is a reflection of you, and your photographs should show the authentic moments of love and happiness that you experience on your day. A PYP Bride is a unique type of girl who knows that not only does she want to capture her wedding day as it unfolds, she wants the raw moments that often go unnoticed. If we feel like we are a potential match after chatting through email, I will send you a booking proposal! You will have two weeks to look over the proposal and make a decision! If you'd like to discuss things in person, I'll be happy to meet up with you (and even your fiancee!) to discuss our journey together in more detail!
STEP 3- engagement session
We have determined that we are a perfect team! How exciting! Once your booking is official, we will now schedule your engagement session! By the time your wedding day arrives, I want your images to reflect the most genuine emotion possible. Engagement sessions are complimentary with every wedding collection so that we can work together and establish a comfort level with one another before your big day! And girl- I have a wardrobe secret that will change. your. life! This will be so easy and fun! I will guide you through this entire journey, so let those nerves go! I am so excited to document the beginning of your love story!
STEP 4- TIMELINE
Once we are about 6-8 weeks from your big day, it will be time to make final preparations! After discussing it with you, I will draft up a timeline that will make your day completely photography-friendly! This timeline will work around your ceremony time! If you have not chosen one, I am more than happy to help you choose the time that will make your day flow the smoothest! Having efficient time for each portrait is the secret behind getting those amazing and beautiful images you are dreaming of! You can send along any changes that may be needed as they arise!
STEP 5- YOUR WEDDING DAY!
Your big day is finally here! One thing I hear a lot of my brides say is that their wedding day went by so much faster than expected! (As a bride, I would have to agree!) So we want you to relax and enjoy every moment! I, along with my team, will be there to guide you through your day so that you are as worry free as possible; all while we capture the tiny details, the big moments, and the moments you never got to see. I get almost as excited as you do to see your images, so I always send my brides a sneak peek the following day! (Sometimes the SAME DAY!) Then when you two lovelies return home from your honeymoon, a sneak peek will be posted to social media! I always want YOU to see them FIRST!
step 6- gallery
After your wedding gallery is complete, you will receive an online gallery of all your edited images! Your gallery also includes an ordering system so that you can order your favorite prints and products directly from the gallery! If you have ordered a wedding album, we will customize your album after you’ve had a chance to pick your favorites! Once your orders arrive, I will contact you immediately to arrange delivery or pickup!
It’s all that easy!!! This may be the end of our wedding journey, but I hope this is only the beginning of us working together! I love to be with my couples as their families grow!
